Christmas Blogger Block Party & Giveaway

Welcome to the Christmas Blogger Block Party.  I just love Heather and Vanessa of At The Picket Fence.   They were one of the first friend's I made in blogland and I truly value their friendship.  So of course when they asked me if I wanted to be a part of their Christmas Blogger Block party, I jumped at the chance.   Tonight's party is all about Christmas banisters.  

My banister is one of my favorite areas to decorate in my home.  I want the first impression when someone enters my home through the front door to be one of warmth and welcoming.
 I especially love it when it's all lit up at night.  

The bows are made using wired ribbon to coordinate with my decor.

I combine garland with lights, bows, flowers, and sugar plums.  

As with all decorating...it's all in the details.
