It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is almost here. I thought it was time to bring a little bit of Thanksgiving and a good place to start is in the kitchen.
I've had the cream colored square plate for years. I chose the font on my Silhouette machine and then cut out the words "Give Thanks" out of brown vinyl.
I love my Silhouette machine. This project literally took me minutes to do.
I also took out the Thanksgiving Blessings sign I made last year.
The pretty bird plates are from Pier 1.
I first spied these plates over at Grown From Scratch. She used them in a nursery (which by the way is gorgeous - if you get a chance you should stop by and check it out).
I loved them and pinned them knowing they would go great in my kitchen.
Yesterday I got a chance to stop by Pier 1 and I was so glad that they still had them.
Something about them just makes me smile.
Have you started decorating for Thanksgiving yet?
